The main profile of our company is designing and producing of sheet metal forming tools, welding fixtures, control gauges, and check fixtures. The parts that are produced by our tools are almost exclusively used in the automotive industry. The knowledge of the customer needs and its continual development is the key, with which our company have been succesfully serving its customers for 20 years by producing tools and parts. Among our customers are privileged and renowned partners such as AUDI.

Project title: The procurement of a CNC machine center and wire discharge machine required for the production of new and unique forming tools.

Project presentation: This support grant enabled us to realize investments, expanding our machine capacity by the purchase of new modern machine tools which allow us to manufacture larger, more complex high-tech tools, going mostly to foreign (EU) markets. With the installation of two new machines, our production capacity will be greatly enlarged, which will bring us revenue growth as well. Procured in the framework of the project, the DECKEL MAHO DMF260 type universal CNC machining center is considered one of the most advanced in machine standards, which successfully combines IT and production technology to yield a “high-tech” machine. The other purchased device is a Mitsubishi MV2400S tubular wire-spark cutting machine, which also represents the most advanced technology. These machines will allow us to carry out professional machining and cost-effective work simultaneously.



Our company has again successfully applied for this tender for the development its site in 2011. While the project’s total budget was 134,357,907 HUF, we won a one-time, non-repayable grant in the amount of 67,178,953 HUF within the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan. With the help of this EU funding, our 721 m2 office and workshop building area are further expanded by an additional 790 m2. One part of the new building is a production hall, while the other part is the two-story storage area. The upper story storage level can be converted into an office, if necessary. The investment also includes public works, road and parking lot construction and landscaping. We also have an opportunity for further development and expansion, such as installing new equipment and machinery. By developing our storage area, material and inventory control will become more effective. This development will create five new jobs by the year 2013 year.

Our company successfully applied for grants in the year 2011, we won a single non-repayable grant within the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan Economic Development Operational Program. To further develop technology at our company, the project aims to modernize and expand our current IT system. The grant amount enables us to purchase a Mitsubishi FA20S ADVANCE wire spark-cutting machine tool (EDM) and allows us to improve our IT system by new hardware and software purchases.
